The room was warm and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and filling, giving us the energy to walk in the snow. The friendly staff always makes us feel so welcome!

Everything was lovely, liked our very lovely stay. The hotel was in a central location in the cafe for a hour. And it was not too far from The Jumble Room, ate there couple of times. Booked a room with spectacular views over the village. The breakfast was delicious and great, the staff was attentive!

It was an incredibly beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Beautiful room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a reasonably spacious bathroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and had lots of options.

Overall it was extremely pleasant and good sized with a beautiful view. The hotel was in an incredible and amazing location, in center of village.

The king suite was good, with a beautiful balcony with fine views, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The breakfast was excellent, served by friendly hosts who made each morning special. The room lacked sufficient storage space with minimal hanging options, and the toiletries provided were quite basic. The spiral staircase was also a bit uncomfortable on bare feet, detracting from the overall experience.

Just a great match for a rapid stop in Grasmere with attractive and competitive value for money. Our room was perfectly designed with a huge bathroom, made our stay very comfortable. If you're looking for good breakfast options, make sure to ask about the gingerbread!

Breakfast is served until 9:00 am, which might be an inconvenience for those who prefer a lazy start, especially after a long night. Low beams in the suite can catch you off guard, and access might require some careful navigation past furniture.

Our stay at Heidi's Grasmere Lodge was good. The central location made exploring easy, and the King Suite with Balcony offered fine views. While the morning noise from deliveries was a bit disruptive, it didn't overshadow the friendly service and tasty breakfast provided. Truly a cozy gem!
